5' 4 Ladies with 10 lbs or less to lose !!!

Hey Ladies!!! I'm looking for motivational friends who are trying to lose that last 10 lbs. I lost about 50 lbs a year and a half ago. At that time I weighed my heaviest at 165 and was absolutely miserable. My husband and I decided to make a lifestyle change ang get healthy together. I have fallen off the band wagon and gained back about 10 lbs. I am wanting to shed those 10 lbs and become more toned. So please any one who is close to their goal and are maintaining or only have llittle to lose please give advice!!! I know the last few lbs are the hardest lose!     Sounds just like me! I was 165 at my heaviest two years ago, then spent a month eating the same foods but running/workout 40 minutes + swimming for 20 minutes a day, I lost around 10 pounds. I didn't see a huge difference physically but I felt stronger. I was weighing around 145-155 earlier this year and started to diet (somewhat). I'm around 135 most days... I think I gotta lose another 10 lbs or so. Right now I just want to be stronger, and more toned. I need some advice too!
  • That sounds like me too! I was at about 170 two years back and dropped down to 150 by eating better and exercising more. Now i've hit a plateau for the last couple months :( So I've tried upping my calories to around 1600 from 1200, I'm hoping this works, I've tried everything in the book from more intensity etc but it still doesn't seem to be coming off. So hopefully with the increased calories and the more intense workouts, it will start coming off again
