About 2 weeks ago, I decided to start eating healthier. My boyfriend was supportive the first week, but then came the weekend. He doesn't understand why I can't just "enjoy the weekend" and eat whatever I want. He was really frustrated that I tried to watch what I was eating throughout the weekend, but ended up giving into the pressure.
How does everyone deal with this and how do you explain to others that this is a choice you are making?
Thanks!
Kelly

Hey I just started my wieght loss journey as well. I totally get what you are saying! My wife doesn't complain she just eats like crap usually on the weekends, but it can be a problem during the week as well. She can really eat mostly whatever she wants and stay thin. That's a whole other problem.....
What I've been doing is just making different choices. That usually means I have to make something different than my wife and three kids. So that means extra work, but it's worth it if I don't have to feel like a fatty anymore.0
