I started back on MFP on 8/17. I have done my best to do cardio every day, even if it is something as simple as cleaning house or walking around the block for 30 minutes. For the last 16 days I have worked at the local fair, helping to run the rides. I was standing 8-15 hours a day and eating between 1300-2300 calories a day. Most days I stayed close to 1700 which is my goal currently. I lost 9.5 pounds and 10.4 inches.

Thank you. I just wanted to put it out there for people who are starting to feel discouraged from their own weight loss.0

Cool! I started pretty much at the same time as you and it looks like we've lost the same amount. I haven't seen any significant difference in my measurements though. But I'm going to keep on working at it.0
