Second guessing myself?

So here I am yet again, trying to lose weight. I had my second daughter 6 weeks ago and I want to do this once and for all! I am at 215 pounds and on day 4 of this life style change. I have decided to make no extreme changes, as I've failed in the past and either food deprivation or missing and intense workouts and it just roll balling. This time I decided to start off slow and work my way up. The first three day I did my eliptical for 20 minutes at a medium resistance ( its tough for me though, and I'm soaked at the end!) and yesterday I took my girls for a walk in the carriage for an hour. I've been watching my diet and making healthier choices. But I sit here, second guessing myself. As good as I feel after completing just 3 days, I still wonder...will this work? Am I doing enough? Will I see results? Will I lose the weight?

Losing weight is about creating a caloric deficeit. This can be done by
1. Eating less
2. Moving more
3 A combination of both
If you are doing one of these 3 things, you'll see results. Make sure you're tracking accurately. Also, don't affix yourself to any workout schedule that you find too taxing or boring, because you won't stick with it.
