Im on my way........

A year ago today I was told I am a boarderline diabetic and that I needed to lose weight. I was 167 back then and now I am 140, my goal weight is to be 130-135. I am having a very hard time losing the last lbs and would like some recipes and how to's for low carb dinners. I grew up on Mexican foods and have recently tried new things(to me) such as hummus and pita and different fish dishes. I am in love with Low Carb recipes they have helped me get to where I am and I plan on staying here. I am no longer boarderline diabetic and feel so healthy now!
