Anyone got a good Tapout XT hybrid program?

Got to say that I am loving the Tapout XT right now. I am on my second round and it is still quite fun.

Anyway, the thing I miss is lifting just a little more weight. I would really like to hit everything a couple times per week. Any ideas on a good way to shuffle the workouts?

I was thinking about ditching the Legs and Back and hitting the gym that day to do a 20 minute full upper body circuit, followed by a 20 minute lower body circuit. Nothing to heavy as not to overtrain, just as many circuits as I can do in the 20 minutes....keep it moving. I also like doing a few pulldowns or pullups since Tapout is mainly all rows.

I could do away with the Yoga if needed to get 1 extra lift day. Just need some ideas on how to shuffle the workouts.
