Hi there!

Well this is day 2 for me on here! :) Looking for buddies to inspire each other and share recipes and thoughts... any 40 "something" at home mommies with at least 40 lbs to get rid of would be nice. BUT.... I'd love to be friends with anyone! :)
I enjoy art, the beach, old movies, bbq's.... I'm trying to start a walking routine. (I've walked 3 out of the last 4 days!) ..... want to feel better----look better---- and be happy in a swimming suit next summer! My birthday is in November- would love to take off 10 pounds by then as a gift to myself! hugs, Lori ...... Lulu is my puppy :), she needs to lose a couple pounds too! :flowerforyou:

    Anyone is welcome to add me. I'm not as encouraging as I used to be because my job takes up all my time, but I try!! T.T I'm not 40 something or a mom either, but I do need to lose over 40lbs.

    hey...not a mum, or 40 but love and do art (mainly photography) and love the beach (whenever i get close to one!)...like walking as well ohh and have just over 40Ibs to lose so feel free to add !

    I don't fit your description (29, SAHM of a toddler, 15 lbs. to lose), but I just want to welcome you to MFP! I applaud your efforts to develop a walking routine; walking will forever be my favorite exercise, esp. with audiobook accompaniment.

    Hi, I'm Tracy. I am a 49 year old mom of five. Only two kiddies left at home, ages 12 and 14. My three older "children" are 26, 22, and 20. I have been a stay-at-home mom since my first son was born. I began my diet (South Beach) on August 20. I found MFP two weeks ago and started using the app to log my food and exercise.
