Looking for high cals pals

Hi all… four months ago I weighed 70 kilos () and since I'm thin frame I decided to lose 10 kg. Now I find myself too thin and it's really hard to put back on some weight. Muscle weight, not fat. I exercise 3/7 doing full body workouts but I realize I have to eat at least 3000 calories every day to let those muscles grow, high protein low carb. I'm looking for inspirational and motivational men and women in the same boat...
