I'm starting out today, and was wondering if its ok to spilt my workout up into three session of 10 minutes. I'm a stay at home mom with a one year old and a three year old. Its hard to find thirty minutes to work out, I thought this way I still get thirty minutes in just not one long session also just starting out its hard to do it for a whole thirty minute.

YES!!! It sooooo ok to do that! The point is to do something! You can get a great workout in 10-20 minutes! There are a lot of videos that offer a shortened program!

As long as you're doing something, and it's something you'll stick with...do what ever works for you. A work out that isn't quite the way you want it, is still better than no work out at all.

Thanks a lot I didn't know about exercisetv, I just went there and got a great workout thanks again. I'll more likely stick with it if I have more opoins.
