BMI - I am out of the Obese category and into Overweight!

Whoever thought I'd be happy to be called overweight?

    I'd think that! CONGRATS!!!! I am very close myself so I understand the big victory this is.

    I remember how excited I was to be "overweight" or is that how excited I got when i was no longer "obese" .....its such an ugly sounding word!! Congratulations!!

    That's wonderful!!! Good job :) I am currently in the Obese BMI range, my 1st goal weight will put me in the Overweight Range! So no, it's not weird to consider that something to be proud of! Be proud, and keep up the good work, this post made me smile cause it hits home! Thank you!
