Best/Cheapest Protein Powders?

Hey guys, I'm a college student who gets food only from the dining hall (I'm required to have this meal plan, with $800 dollars every semester). If I don't use my dining hall money, I lose it. Sooooo I'm stuck eating at the dining hall, which has delicious but not much in the way of nutritious food. I've never had problems getting protein before, but since I just started weightlifting again, I'm really needing more protein (I'm lucky if I hit 60 grams these days).
So I'm looking at protein powder.
Problem is, I'm a college student on a budget. I have $50 dollars a month (a pretty generous amount, thanks mom!) for snacks, school supplies, and other things like toothpaste, shampoo, etc. But I know protein powder can get pretty expensive, so I figured I'd ask the awesome MFP community for some help on the subject.
Is there a protein powder out there that's cheap(ish), but actually tastes decent and mixes well? (I'll probably be mixing it with milk as a part of my breakfast after my workout) Give me all you knowledge, I will appreciate it!
Oh, and it HAS to be something I can buy at WalMart. I'm in a small college town, it's the only store for miles, haha.
