How much time do you spend at the gym?

Just curious.....if you lift, how long does it take to work upper body/lower body. Do you always do cardio at the gym after lifting, or do it separately?
I as because today I did my walking at lunch, then to the gym to lift upper body.
I don't want to spend hours in the gym or on the dreadmill, but certainly want to get the most bang for my buck

Hi, I try to stay a max of 1 hour at the gym.
Always 5 min warm up and always weights before cardio. I try to save my energy on my strength training and use whatever reserves I have left on some cardio (usually there are none).
I usually have a separate cardio day.
You don't need to spend hours on the treadmil. Depending on your goals I would have a 70 weights / 30 cardio split in your routine.
Good luck0
