I've lost 95 lbs(as of today). lets help/support each other

I'm down 95 lbs as of today. I've lost 50 lbs since my Dr. weigh in on Dec 8/11. I was 283, now 233 lbs. Down 95 lbs from my peak weigh in. Add me if you wish. I'm glad to learn/help with you. I will be at 100 lbs lost by Oct 15th, just 5 more lbs. I want to be as fit as I can. I now run 35 minutes a day and walk 20-30 more. I'm very open on the weight loss journey, Instagram/Twiiter user name is EatRightGetFit. Lets do this weight loss together. And I love using MyFitnessPal. It is so helpful to log everything, and the support is wonderful as we are all in the same boat.

    I've just recently started small interval running. I walk for 2.5 minutes and then run 30 seconds. I can tell just doing it these past 2 weeks I can keep up and not get tired so quick.
    How long did it take you to get used to running 2 miles? I run in my basement on the treadmill, i can't wait until I can go out and run on the trails!
