Not really new - just need a new commitment

Hi there,

I've actually been on here awhile but I'll do really good for about a week and then get really, really busy and start eating cookies for lunch and wine for dinner. Yep, I'm not kidding. Thought I'd try finding a few more friends and see if that helps my motivation and gets me to stick with it this time. Definitely time to stop talking about it, procrastinating, and actually do something - or, in this case, not do something like eat cookies!

"Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy. The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of "good" cholesterol and protecting against artery damage. "

I like a good glass of red wine a couple times a week.

I can relate! I had a turning point and I'm definitely consuming better foods but some days ...sometimes a week at a time, I don't track. When I don't track, I over-eat.

I'm also a wine drinker, cheers! But my weakness is crunchy, salty foods, not sweets. I can sit and eat a bag of potato chips real quick-like. :)
