Hi,
Ive been reading many of the posts and cannot find anyone in my category. I want and need to gain 20 pounds and am struggling to do so due to stress and poor eating habits of skipping meals. Please, do not send me posts sayibgnegative or nasty posts asking me why an I here. Fitnesspal also has a calorie counter to help you gain weight. the same way its a struggle for a person who feels they are overweight to loose weight, its the same for me just on the opposite end of the spectrum. My body type and bad eating habits and genetic makeup are all fighting against me.

I need to be motivated to keep counting calories and be held accountable.

If anyone would like to motivate each other I would appreciate it. Even if your goal is not to gain weight we can still push each other to meet our ultimate goals so we can b happy in life with our new self.
