Hi, i'm new here. I have tried every diet in the book and nothing has worked. I am trying to get in shape for my wedding and nothing is working. I'm hoping i can meet some friends on here that can help me stay on track. If anyone has any tips or anything that would be great.

Hi, I was just over 13st...now I'm 10st 6Ibs...trying to get to 9st 5Ib..I ditched chocolate but I do treat myself once a week to a bar, cut out bread and meat..I'm eating more salads, porridge fish and rice and smallered my portions, and I drink plenty of green lemon tea. Really helps I also got myself a Exercise bike for Toning!0
