Having trouble believing

Okay so I KNOW people can lose weight, I know that it takes hardwork and time, BUT I just can't see myself being my goal weight. I mean of course I can imagine it but I can also imagine I'm Beyonce..lol
I guess I just need to KNOW that it is POSSIBLE for ME too.:ohwell:

in your eyes what makes you different from everyone else?
you need smaller goals, a goal like looking like beyonce is not realistic. hence the food trackers / weight gauges here.
realistic and small goals = longterm and achievable plans.0 -
My most important goal is not in the lbs I lose but my size and fell comfortable in my skin and right now I don't have neither.So I am feeling good since joining MFP I have been truly watching what I eat- which is actually good because sometimes I could go all day with out eating/drinking. So since I have starting eating I find myself hungry and eating more and more but good things. I can tell that my stomach has shrink on the inside but I wish it would on the outside:laugh:
So I am on the right track but I just can't see myself without my belly, I've had it so long:ohwell:
