I need a good workout, something to do on busy days. I work, go school at night and have a 17 month old. Something I can do once she goes to bed without waking her? ?? I have tried Zumba and will probably try it again!

I started with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's a great 25 minute workout and I've seen A LOT of people on this site have great success with it.
