Lower heart rate

Today was my second day at the gym. Yesterday my heart rate was super super high, between 170-180, today it was at 155-161 :happy: The chart on the machine has rates for ages 20 the 30, I'm 28, so I'm just trying to get it to be between the two. I did try out the sauna today. At first I didn't think I could stay in there, then after a few mins I thought it just felt like Texas in the summer :laugh: Next trip to the gym I'm going to add the bike and rotate between 3 pieces of equipment, 10 mins each, twice.

I've been eatting one clove of raw garlic once aday (I find it helps with my circulation) anyway, when my husband picked me up he looked at me and said, "WOW, you smell like sweaty garlic" :laugh: I wonder if other people could smell my stink? I don't know how to shower at the gym? I went in my bra and panties :laugh: I don't just want to hop out naked with people there :laugh:

Now that I'm home I need to shower (a real shower) since I smell like sweaty garlic :tongue: and rehydrate! :drinker:
