I am new at this again :/

So at the beginning of the year I did really well and lost 25 pounds in about 5 months. One thing after another, I stopped logginfg, stopped going to the gym, just kept making excuses. Surprise, surprise the weight came back!

I am bound and determined to do this! I know I can! I would love a little help along the way. Please send me a friends request if we can help support each other!

    It happens I understand, but this is definitely controllable. I am just 3 months into calorie counting and have started seeing the good results already. Lost 20 lbs before joining MFP and 9 lbs more. Nothing is as sweet as being really fit is :)
