You name the food, I'll give you something without it. I haven't touched the stuff in 8 months (or trans fats for that matter). ALMOST everything at Whole Foods is ok. That doesn't mean it's good for you though:laugh:0

Ok, thanks...I'm doing some research now
My son has some food intolerances and base don my experience, if foods don't contain HFCS they are filled with evap cane juice (which I think might also be a problem)
Thanks for your offer..I'll let you know...wasn't looking for anything specific
