This is my 2nd time around, so I consider myself new. when I tracked my food journal and excercise, I lost weight weekly. I fell off the wagon the last month and need encouragement to get back to the basics. I will take all the encouragement I can get.0

I'm fairly new to this site and i also need encouragement. I find if i track my food intake and stay at around 1200 cal a day i do well . On the other hand if i fall off the wagon it easy to start over. Im looking for encouraging friends0
