    Happy New Year. I am from India too. I am from SouthIndia. I dont have new year goal but my goal to lose all the baby weight (30 pounds) and get fit to play with my kids. Please add me.

    Currently following Rujuta Diwaker book: Don't lose your mind, lose your weight. The book has good information on Indian foods.
