Some advice please

im planning a fast gains muscle building fat loss diet. what would be a good daily food plan?? so far i decided on for breakfast 4 boiled eggs and protein shake for lunch tuna on rye bread and protein shake. dinner steak mushrooms and protein shake... i dont know much about muscle gain fat loss diets..

    I've never heard of that, unless it's called something else. So are you trying to lose weight and tone or something else?

    Sounds boring.

    Eat above TDEE.
    Eat 80% clean food and 20% junk and youll do just fine.
    Dont get hung on the small details like eating exactly the same crap every day.

    Lean meats on lift days.
    Low fat on lift days.
    High carb (starches) on lift days.
    Sweets post workout.
