Hi everyone!

I joined this site about a month ago. I was doing Weight Watchers but wanted to try something different. I am trying to weight myself every week or so because I get obsessed about the numbers. I lost at first but I have gained it back plus a pound or two.

I always eat at my suggested calories or a little less. I am doing Tapout XT and put it as aerobics when I put it in for calories. I am eating back most or all the calories I earned for exercising. I am wondering if I am burning less and should not eat back all of my exercise calories.

Oh, I am a women a hover around 200 pounds and I am 5 feet 9 inches.

Thanks

Without seeing your diary, I'm going to guess that

    1) You are underestimating the calories you are eating
    2) You are overestimating the calories you are burning

Or a combination of both. Make sure you're tracking 100%, and how are you getting your burn #'s?
