Hi can anyone help me with my maths!!!! All the calories are given per 100g. Do you know a quick way of working out other measurements. For instance if I'm making biscuits (I know I shouldn't be) and the ingredients are 150g, 75g, etc how do you work out those calories? I know this is gonna be one of those that is really obvious and I'm gonna feel really stupid but there you go. Cheers. Lisa x

If you are using your own recipe, I would suggest using a recipe calculator to figure out how many calories are in the recipe. Here's a few links. You can do the calculations there and just create a new food on this website.

You'd have to set up kind of a conversion table and use proportions. So for example, if something is 120 calories for 100 grams, for 75, it would be 3/4 of 120, which is 90. I'm not sure if there's an easier way or not. I'm an English teacher so I might not be much help!0

here is an easy way, if cals are in 100g increments multiply by the amount you are using then divide by 100. As an example for illustration purposes only:
If 100g = 40 cals then 75g = 30 (40*75/100)
If 100g = 40 cals then 125 = 50 (40*125/100)0
