    I don't think the Factory Farming industry in the US will let there be a shortage.

    Counting on Corporate Agriculture and greed to carry us through.

    (I don't buy factory farmed meat, so I'm counting on my small local sources here in New England--but 99% of America buys factory farmed meat so I'm sure they will be just fine (and exporting to places where there is a shortage to make even more corporate profit).

    Yes, factory farmed cows are fed grain. They cannot properly digest it (hence the antibiotics). That's why grass fed organic and local beef has far less saturated fat. :)
