I bought some frozen chicken the other day, and the nutrition label says 110 calories per 4oz piece. Does that mean 4oz frozen, cooked, or raw? because they all weigh different!

nutritional labels refer to the item AS SOLD. Hence, if you bought it raw, it's refering to the raw product. 4oz is likely the approximate size of each piece, but measure them out to be more accurate.0
