Protein fills you up?

I keep seeing this on here, but it doesn't seem to work for me at all. Grains fill me up. Protein doesn't! I can eat 20g of protein in one go and still feel starving.

Protein, fat, and fiber ALL help keep you full. Whole grains work because they have both protein & fiber. I think I do better with a combination too - just greek yogurt in the AM doesn't do it - I have to have some fiber (or fat) with it.0

Per calorie it means. Generally foods higher in protein such as chicken/fish etc tend to be lower in calories therefore you will need to eat more to hit your calories. A large dominoes pizza is like 3000 cals. That is the equivalent of about 15 large chicken breasts. I know which would fill me more!0
