TurboFire - Neck Pain????

Ive been doing TF for a month now & my neck has been hurting in the back. For the past few days its been killing me. Has anybody had this weird experience or is it just me? Thanks....

    I have done TurboFire & did not experience that kind of pain. I would suggest researching a good chiropractor & seeing one. It can very easily be that something is out of alignment, and with all of the the jumping it would cause pain. I have been seeing a chiro for over a year, and just a simple adjustment can make a world of difference. :smile:
