I can't believe I'm going to admit to this, but here's what I worked out to this morning, the ultimate nerd workout list:
The theme song from Superman: The Motion Picture
    The James Bond theme song
Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out for a Hero"
The theme song from Lois & Clark
The theme song from Superman: The Animated Series
    The Village People's "Macho Man"
    The theme song from Superfriends

You can all start laughing at me now...

    Woah... That was Bonnie Tyler?

Somehow I never connected her with that song in my head.

    LOVE the ultimate nerd playlist.

I have to admit that I have many songs that I regularly work out to...

I would say any of the songs on the "Born This Way" album by Lady Gaga... Well any song by Lady Gaga will do...

I also like a song called "Unstoppable" by Kat DeLuna, which is featured on the soundtrack album to the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic... Another good Kat DeLuna song is "Whine Up."

In addition, I like either "On The Floor" by J-Lo or her song "Let's Get Loud."

Finally, I like to listen to Britney.

Ok... So... you might think I'm weird... but you should consider some of the music they choose for Dance Dance Revolution. Captain Jack's music especially.
My Generation really gets me going.... so does Stomp to my Beat....

I played a lot of DDR in college... so I had some of those songs downloaded to my computer... turns out they work really really well at pumping me up!

this is not the normal music I listen too and it's kind of cheesy but this is my 1 hour playlist including the first song as a warm up and last song as a cool down. 1 hour and I will walk 4 + miles from beginning to end.

BUMP anyone??? Do you all run in silence?

My wife & I talk while we jog, so I don't need music for that. But if I did, I always thought that I'd put "Chariots of Fire" on the list. Yeah, I watch way too many movies...

Anything Aggressive! ie, Rammstein, Disturbed, Metallica, some Pearl Jam, Evans Blue, 3 Days Grace, Papa Roach, 10 Years....

I like the aggressive songs for picking up the pace, too. Godsmack is one of my faves for that. :-)
