Self Sabotage.....

Does anyone else completely sabotage themselves after a good week? After losing a brill 2lb last week I have just 1.8lbs to go for my first milestone of a stone gone but........ this week has not been good. The weekend was hit and miss then after getting back on track the past few days I've just eaten half my days cals in one hit.... YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  • I have done this way too many times. I rationalize being "loose" on the weekend because its a weekend and i have been "good" all week. I have found if I allow an indulgence daily that my weekends are the same as weekdays. Like last night I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich.

    Yes, but don't beat yourself up about it, just get back up and into it. We're not all perfect. I read somewhere the other day that it is what we do 90% of the time that counts, so if we fall off the wagon now and then, who cares? Just get straight back into it :)
