building leg muscles & protein

I need to build build more muscle mass in my legs....my legs are naturally smaller than my upper body. But to appear that everything is proportioned I need to build my lower body (legs). I was wondering would it be a good idea to up my protein intake on the days I work my legs?

    From my understanding, you should up your protein intake with any type of muscle building. I believe it helps repair the tears in your muscle that happens with strength training:smile:
