Trying something new.

I have always been a late night eater. I don't go over my calories, I just save them for night time. But I'm going to try not to eat late and see if it makes a difference. I've been reading reports about having that 12 hour fast while sleeping and its effects on fat burning, so I thought what have I got to lose. Anyone have success with this?

There are a lot of "studies" that contradict each other on this topic. I personally cut out carbs 3 hours before sleep and as soon as I'm up and ready I will do a 20-30 minute fasted cardio run it has helped me but everyone is different and what may work for me may not work for you. I sugget experiment see what happens and react on the outcome.0
