I just joined and am really skeptical if I can pull this off. I am really having a hard time lately sticking to any kind of diet. I am so tired all the time being I work third shift so my desire to eat right is not there I just grab whatever, and oh boy the energy to want to exercise, oh yeah no where to be found. I am beyond disgusted with what I see in the mirror but somehow it doesn't stick to keep me on track. I don't know anymore what to do anymore to kick my butt into gear. I'm hoping with the words of wisdom and to see the success others have had maybe I can finally do it to.
Ok so my topic wasn't suppose to be 40. I bite into an apple and the juice went on the key board so of course that is what got entered. Oh boy don't I look like a dandy!!
