Garlic Chicken (SOOOO yummy, I eat it weekly!!)

You need:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (or breast would work)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Spiceworld minced garclic(in a jar)
Set oven to bake at 350, put garlic salt and lots of pepper on each piece of chicken and brown both sides in olive oil, place in baking dish. Use 1/2 of the garlic in the jar in and on the chicken in the baking dish, pour 1 cup of olive oil over the chicken. cover with foil bake at 350 for an hour and a half to 2 hours...it basically falls apart and is sooo moist and yummy!!!!
