New Year new me!!

I am very overweight and my goal this year is two drop a signifigant amount of weight I've been fat a good majority of my life and I am now sick and tired of being heavy and having any problems that associate with it.:mad: my diet will consist of little to no sugar as much as I can help it and very little salt if I can help it. Along with working out at least 30+ mins a day I have reminders around my place and a wonderful Boyfriend that is a good motivator but I need more encouragement. I've been on diets before and only lost about 70lbs but this time I'm aming for bigger goals of being healthier for me for my family and my love. And I could use all the support I could possibly get thank you so very much.
