I enjoy nuts, almonds and peanut mostly. But they are high in fat. It is the good kind, mono & poly-unsaturated. I was just wondering if this is ok as long as it doesn’t get real high. I am averaging about 20-25 grams. Please help me I am unsure if I should stop this habit or if I am ok.

Just looked at your diary. The nuts are not causing you to go over your daily budget for fat, and they are providing you with protein. They look like an excellent part of your diet in my opinion.

There are a few days when you blew away your budget for fat, but you also don't seem to meet your budget most days, so you're probably averaging out about right.

EDIT TO ADD: Plus, you've been tracking since July and have lost 20 pounds. That seems like a reasonable healthy pace.

You're good man. I ascribe to the "if it fits your macros" mindset.
