I had veggie bolognaise.
Wholewheal spaghetti, Quorn mince, Feta cheese, pasta sauce, and Cheddar sprinked on the top.
Usually add mushrooms, peppers and sweetcorn, but I'm all out until Thursday's shop!0 -

I made white chicken chilli...it was sooo good.

3 6oz chicken breast simmered in jamaican jerk BBQ sauce with onions and peppers for about 45 mins till nice and juicy.

Homemade chicken noodle soup. All the way homemade, I mixed, kneaded, rolled, cut & dried my noodles & they're cooking in a broth I made using bone in chicken breasts. 236 calories per bowl too. That's right, I rock.0
