    I had veggie bolognaise.
    Wholewheal spaghetti, Quorn mince, Feta cheese, pasta sauce, and Cheddar sprinked on the top.

    Usually add mushrooms, peppers and sweetcorn, but I'm all out until Thursday's shop!

    3 6oz chicken breast simmered in jamaican jerk BBQ sauce with onions and peppers for about 45 mins till nice and juicy.

    Marathon bread with butter and brussel sprouts.

    You had me untill brussel sprouts :noway:

    Fresh steamed brussel sprouts with a dab of butter? I'd kill for 'em!

    Homemade chicken noodle soup. All the way homemade, I mixed, kneaded, rolled, cut & dried my noodles & they're cooking in a broth I made using bone in chicken breasts. 236 calories per bowl too. That's right, I rock. ;)
