Whole Body Cleanse

I am looking at starting a whole body cleanse because I have been filling my body with a bunch not-so-good-for-you food and beverages and I want to get back on track. Does anyone have ny recommendations good whole body cleanses or any advice for while doing one (they all seem to be fairly similar)?
