Last November I was at the highest weight of my life, 196.
I'm only 5'2" and seeing almost 200 on the scale gave me motivation to lose weight. I got down to 180 and couldn't get below that. I then tried phentermine for a month and got down to 170. Slowly the weight came back, and I'm stuck at 180 again...grrrr. I have always struggled with my weight and as a kid and teenager always fluctuated back and forth from fat to skinny without making any changes. Before I started having babies I was happy at 130, and for now my goal is 160 by November 30. I have started running daily and working 1 muscle a day. I am very motivated at the moment and really hope I can continue and meet my first goal.
