Skinny Cow Substitute?

My hubby is trying to figure out what's causing his digestive issues. We've been cutting out a lot of stuff that's got a lot of preservative ingredients. We're thinking he might be mildly allergic to high fructose corn syrup, or possibly Sorbitol.

Anyway, We love Skinny Cow's. It's our little treat after we work out. The unfortunate thing is Skinny Cow is starting to cause his digestive problems. (He doesn't have these issues for anything that's made fresh and cooked at home).

So I'm curious if anyone has any substitute recipes for Skinny Cow's? Breyers has a great all natural ice cream, but he loevs the cone part of the SC, so even if there's a low cal cone recipe out there, that'd be great.
