what workouts are best for my pear shape

Just wondering if anyone out there has any good workout moves/routines I should implement to help trim fat and tone my pear shaped body. Any advice is very much appreciated!:smile:

    You'll hear a lot on there, there is really no such thing as "spot reducing"....so if you're looking to lose weight on your bottom and not the top that's not really going to happen.

    You just need to do the same thing as the rest of us.........work out. I want a nicer butt and arms so I tend to to a lot of squats and weight lifting, but that's for toning, really....the fat comes off with cardio and then it's up to you to tone what's underneath so it looks good.
