Every last drop!

My daily intake should be 1200... At first this seemed like a lot and I didn't think I would actually eat that much.. until I started accounting for every drop of soy sauce, dressing, etc.... It adds up quick..... Now I think about how many calories I am leaving behind when I'm done. I know it sounds strange but, for instance, I measure out 1 tbps of peanut butter and look at the measuring spoon when I'm done scraping out it... there seems like there is so much left in the spoon.

At first I was using my finger and getting out every last drop!!! After all I only get 1200 calories and by darn I'm going to eat them all.

Now I am of the mindset that what I leave behind are extras calories... I stop thinking of it as food.... Think of it as calories which I don't want... (mind games!)

I know exactly what you mean! I was joking at lunch today as I scraped my spaghetti sauce onto my noodles... I was like "come on I want every calorie I accounted for!" LOL

I agree! I know I could NOT function mentally if that was ALL I could eat per day SOOO I get in fitness that will burn anywhere from 300 to 500+ calories , that way I will eat most of those calories too! A person does what works most healthy!
