A Slew of NSVs

1. My belly doesn't spill over onto the table when I go to class.

2. I can put my hands on my waist. There is a waist there to put my hands on!!

3. One of my nice shirts shrunk in the dryer - and it fits better than before!

4. I can flap my arms without jiggling.

5. It's confirmed - there are bones underneath all that skin!!

Now that's an awesome set of NSVs! I've already had one last week:



I can wear this MEDIUM-sized Catwoman costume! This time last year, I wouldn't even be able to wear this!

And yesterday I scored ANOTHER NSV when I tried on a MEDIUM dress, and it fit like a glove!

It's all those little victories that inspire us to keep going with it!
