Slightly Confused..

I'm confused on the give and take of how the whole calorie settings work. For example, if I eat 1200 calories in a day, and in that same day, I burn 1200 calories, is that bad or good? Should I be eating more, or exercising less? I'm really confused.

It was just an example, not my actual amount of either.0

He's exactly right. You'll see that when you log exercise your daily goal calories go up. You want to eat all those calories and net your goal amount.0
