Slightly Confused..

I'm confused on the give and take of how the whole calorie settings work. For example, if I eat 1200 calories in a day, and in that same day, I burn 1200 calories, is that bad or good? Should I be eating more, or exercising less? I'm really confused.

    If that's 1200 calories of exercise (really ?) and you put it in your diary here then your food intake goal will go up by 1200 so you eat 2400, exercise off 1200 and as they say "net" 1200

    He's exactly right. You'll see that when you log exercise your daily goal calories go up. You want to eat all those calories and net your goal amount.
