Adding workout calories??

I've never added my workouts to my diary. I just know that if I go over its alright because I worked out. I feel like when I add my workouts 1. They aren't accurate 2. I eat way more then I should because my metabolism is so slow that I need those workouts combined with a low calorie diet. So I was wondering how others feel about adding workouts to your diary?

    I feel the same way. Whenever I add my workouts it bumps up my calorie allowance too much! If i need to eat more because I work out and I am still hungry, then I try to cut what it allows me in half. I have learned that my own personal weight loss has ben about 80% diet and 20% exercise.

    I try to leave my workouts out of my diary. :) Incase that helps.
