Check out this article on yahoo. It talks about how calories listed for processed foods are not accurate. I know that fresh and homemade are better but if I am going to eat junk, I would like to at least know what is really in it.

    Eh, All any of this counting is, is estimating.

    A resturant mis-calculating their calories isn't going to be the difference in my success or failure in reaching my fitness goals.
