NSV The Shred

I made it through my first day of the 30 day shred yesterday! I always gave up half way through level one, but I actually completed day 1 and I looking forward to doing it again tonight!:happy:

    Well done.

    I'm going to the gym quite alot but im hearing loads about 'the shred'. I'm thinking of giving it a look as im only doing cardio and i could do with a more general full body workout so i dont just lose muscle etc

    I just did level 1 / day 1. I hope I am not going to be too sore tomorrow!

    I am feeling a little sore today. I actually think being sore is great because it makes me feel like my body is changing.
  • I'm on Day 2 and my legs and arms are on fire! We can do this!

    I just finished day one. I am so happy that I finished! I may be cursing during those lunges, but I am determined to finish the 30 days. Congrats on making it through day one and good luck with the coming 29 days.

    I just finished day 5 today, I think I'm going to stick with level one for 30 days & then move on to level 2 for the next 30 days, I do it 5 days a week & take weekends as rest days, so it's taking me more like 6 weeks to complete the 30 days. Starting day 6 tomorrow!! Good Luck to you & I'm also determined to stick to this & take measurements when I"m done :)

    I just did day one today!! Good luck!!! My legs and arms are shakey lol What size weights did you use? I bought 5lbs but wish I would have gone with 3!!
