    So, challenges.... :)

    I'm going to start the first challenge. It's 12 days until the next weigh in. Therefore I am going to make the challenge between now and the 8th of October is to do 120km's (75 miles) worth of exercise between now and weigh in. That can be walking, riding, elliptical, running....whatever you like! Point is to strive for that number.

    A good idea to keep track is to put the km's or miles on each equipment/exercise in your exercise notes for each day.

    I'll try! Not guaranteeing anything however :D x

    I can't believe how many ladies have joined! So exciting. :-)

    In case you missed it, above is the first challenge, ending next weigh in. I'm going to keep track in my exercise notes, and post on my "about me" section for each challenge I've done 14km so far :-)
